This was a decent film, pun intended. There’s a point in the film where it seems like the lead character transforms from the depressed woman into like the vengeful warrior. It didn’t seem like a smooth transition to me. The direction is good, though. But I felt the ending was too abrupt, or perhaps I should say too soon. And my wife noted that Gollum makes a special cameo here. |
